Recruitment is an exceptionally important exercise in Human Resource Management. Because it has to ensure that their selection should be perfectly suit for their organization. And that selected candidate can turn out to be an asset for the company or liability for the company. These all will depend how HR department recruit people. Therefore it is an extremely serious affair and they must be very careful about their selection because one wrong move will create a big hole in your ship.

Recruitment is the core activity performed by the HR department in the organization. The recruitment process varies from one organization to others as per their actual need.

According to Beardwell, (2003), in his study he examined that “Selection is carried out by organizations as a means of candidates potential and actual performance and their intakes of employees will make the most appropriate contribution to organization-now and I future”

    1. Most of the time candidates will have lot of paper qualifactions.but when they practically engage on duty their out puts mey be very poor.at that time HR department will blamed on their selection.Most of the HR personels will getting bad remarks because of this.

    1. But these days most of the guys have some sort of degree or deploma.but problem is their out put or performances .all the private sectors are worry about performances .not about qualifications .at that time recruiting person need to face for that blames.
