Recruitment is an exceptionally important exercise in Human Resource
Management. Because it has to ensure that their selection should be perfectly

ReplyDeleteMost of the time candidates will have lot of paper qualifactions.but when they practically engage on duty their out puts mey be very poor.at that time HR department will blamed on their selection.Most of the HR personels will getting bad remarks because of this.

ReplyDeleteBut these days most of the guys have some sort of degree or deploma.but problem is their out put or performances .all the private sectors are worry about performances .not about qualifications .at that time recruiting person need to face for that blames.
