ReplyDeleteAppointment letter, quite not sure if its the employment contract which includes all the details. My personal experience is getting an employment contract if not mistaken. Its a nice article as it speaks on why an appointment letter and its uses.

However it is crucial as its a proof that an employee is hired and as mentioned above containing such information is also a proof for future.
